Suzy Ward has asked me to mention that her ISP provider in Vancouver, Washington, has experienced a failure that has resulted in no service for her. Of course she’ll be away till next Wednesday at the conference so she won’t be online until at least then.
The ISP provider experienced a general failure and fixed every consumer’s difficulties but, for some unknown reason, has not been able to fix hers! So she and they are working away to get her back online.
